What a fee proposal should tell you

Stages, inclusions and the questions worth asking before you appoint an architect.

What a fee proposal should tell you

A good fee proposal is a plan, not a number. It should explain what will be done, by whom and when.

Staged fees

We break our fees into the RIBA Plan of Work stages. You commit to one stage at a time and can pause between them.

What is excluded

Surveys, engineers, planning fees and party wall matters are often separate. A clear proposal lists them so there are no surprises.
