Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, project details and any files you choose to upload.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a fee proposal. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as professional obligations require.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies and local storage needed to run the site, such as remembering that you have seen our cookie notice. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
